About us
We are a leather company based in Ubrique, Andalusia, in the south of Spain. We specialise in the manufacture of leather goods, such as bags, purses and wallets.
Our Company, “Piel Factory” is the continuation of a small studio born in 1970 with the ambition, determination and the quality of the workmanship of Mr Juan Pazo Fernandez, the founder.
Mr Pazo founded this studio with just 4 craftsmen with the idea of applying his experience and knowledge to the leather industry as well as providing a personal stamp to all of his work.
After the death of the founder, his sons took over and decided to boost the business by investing in technology and extending the facilities. Nowadays the small studio has become a factory with over 100 employees and around 150 subcontractor workers.
We work with local suppliers who provide us with the finest quality of leather. Each article is manufactured by hand with extreme care by the most experience craftsmen paying special attention to the finish and quality of the product.
The highest standard of quality and finesse in the manufacturing of our products, has allowed big international firms to place their trust on us and our products to be sold worldwide.
